dinner for two ❤️ by @blueapron brown rice, slaw, kale, collard greens, sweet potato, cauliflower, & an egg for me and my grandma!(I added the kale and cauliflower myself just for fun to add some more veggies since I’ve been only eating sugar and carbs for days now). 10/10! This is delicious, it was my first time trying collard greens and love the crispy parts a lot and I also love how the cracked pepper compliments the mayonnaise. I skipped the jalapeño because my grandma and I both don’t like spicy foods. I am so grateful to have her!
